We met with Beth thru realtor.com. Beth was a wonderful agent. Extremely helpful and personable. She understood what we were looking for in a house and also took the time to show us the local neighborhood. If you are ever on the market for a house Beth in my opinion is the best of the best.
Steve has sold 2 houses for us, he is most knowledgeable regarding this process, keeps you informed every step of the way and explains all options. We like the way he would lay out all the information and then let us make the best decision for our situation. At no time did we feel pressured. Beth Rains is amazing. After months of looking for the right house/ land we were frustrated. The we met Beth! In one day she turned things around for us. She took almost a full day showing us a house and two properties. She even sat down with us and drew a graph of the pros and cons of each property helping us sort through all the fuzzy details in our head and arrive at a clear decision. On top of that, she was able to negotiate a great deal for us on the property we chose. We cannot say enough about how awesome is as a person and a realtor. Cannot recommend her highly enough!
